Rambouillet Fiber

Rambouillet wool shares many characteristics with Merino but is often regarded as a more “workable” fiber, giving spinners greater control. It typically features a longer staple length and slightly less sheen. Known for its pronounced crimp, Rambouillet offers excellent elasticity, making it especially suitable for knitted garments that need to retain their shape—such as sweaters, hats, and scarves.
